When you’re photographing an actor for Spotlight, or a model for their book, you’re going for perfection. But some people aren’t looking for perfection, they just want a picture of themselves that they like. And with he rise of social media, a rapidly increasing number of people find themselves in need of a decent photo. As a result, I’ve started doing Lunchtime Portraits.
Lunchtime Portraits is a one hour portrait service. If you in or around central London weekday lunchtimes, you could spend one of those with me, having your picture taken.
You don’t need the extensive shooting and proofing that people who trade off their photos do, so it only takes about 20 minutes and you’ll leave with about 30 shots to choose from. Pick your favourite 3 in your own time, I’ll give them a little polish (but no major retouching) and deliver jpegs that have been optimised for web use. You can then do anything you like with those pictures.
Sounds good?
If so, get in touch. Call me on 07540 835 321 or email joncartwright@me.com
It’s only weekday lunchtimes – ideally between 1pm and 2pm or thereabouts. My studio is in County Hall on the corner of Westminster bridge, next to Waterloo station.
The price is £100 all inclusive. But for bookings taken in May, I’m offering 25% off.
